These are the videos I workout with at home on my Balanced Body Reformer Trapeze Combination unit.
Peter Fiasca and his team are meticulously clear and superhumanly strong. Complete real-time workouts are shown, ranging from Introductory all the way to Super Advanced (which I'm still working toward). These videos are great to study for technical form, or you can follow along and glance at the screen to see each excercise's name, repetitions & springs. The zippy transitions at the Advanced level really keep the pace up, completing 55+ exercises in about 37 minutes. Bob Liekens' cues are spare and positive and take you right to the meat of each exercise with no music in the background. The aim here is to present the exercises as Joe Pilates designed them in flowing sequence.
